These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of medspafy.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Medspafy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Medspafy provides website design, development, SEO, and marketing services for med spas and aesthetic businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over general statements on the Site.

Booking deposit

To reserve a project slot, we charge a $100 booking deposit through our payment processor, Stripe. The deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers your initial website audit and strategy session. The full $100 is credited toward your website project when you proceed. Because the deposit covers work we begin on your behalf (your audit and consultation), it is non-refundable if you choose not to move forward. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and total price of any project are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

No guarantee of specific results

We follow industry best practices and work hard to grow your bookings, rankings, and traffic. However, results depend on many factors outside our control (your market, competition, pricing, and search-engine algorithms), and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, designs, graphics, and mockups — is owned by Medspafy and may not be copied or reused without permission. Concept designs shown in our portfolio are illustrative. Ownership of work produced for a client is governed by that client's agreement.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medspafy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
